Receiving payments in the app is optional. You can use Cutspot with in-person payments only and never pay any payment fee. Your Cutspot plan (Free, Pro or Network) is separate and governed by the Terms of Service; the Club requires Pro or Network.

1. Parties and purpose

These Terms are entered into between KAMPLISH – Desenvolvimento de Sistemas LTDA, CNPJ 35.977.805/0001-74, which operates Cutspot (“Cutspot”, “we”), and the holder of the Business account who accepts them in the app or web panel (“Business”, “you”).

They cover the Business's use of the Cutspot tool to charge customers in the app — completed appointments and Club membership fees — through Stripe. They supplement the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy; for payments, these Terms prevail.

2. Who does what

  • Business: the seller. Provides the service, sets the price, decides whether to charge in the app or in person, and is responsible to the customer for the service, the charge, refunds and consumer law.
  • Stripe: Stripe Brasil Soluções de Pagamento Ltda. – Instituição de Pagamento (CNPJ 22.121.209/0001-46), authorized by the Central Bank of Brazil, processes the card, holds the Business's balance and pays it out to the Business's bank account. The Stripe account belongs to the Business, in its name.
  • Cutspot: provides the technology — payment request, payment page and reports. We use direct charges: the payment is created in the Business's Stripe account. Cutspot does not receive, hold or transfer the Business's money; it only receives its own fee, split automatically by Stripe at payment time. Cutspot is not a bank, payment institution, acquirer or sub-acquirer.

3. Agreement with Stripe

Payment processing services for Businesses on Cutspot are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these Terms or continuing to operate as a Business on Cutspot, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Cutspot enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Cutspot accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Cutspot to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

  • Sign-up (company or personal tax ID, documents, bank account) happens in Stripe's own form, which also presents Stripe's agreements and acquirer information. Cutspot never sees or stores full account numbers, bank passwords or card data.
  • Stripe may request documents, reject sign-up, hold funds or block the account under its own rules. Those decisions are Stripe's; when we know the reason, we show it in the app.
  • Stripe processes the Business's data under the Stripe Privacy Policy.

4. Cutspot fee

  • Amounts: 3% of each appointment paid in the app and 5% of each Club membership fee paid in the app, unless a lower fee was agreed in writing with your Business, which is shown in the app.
  • Basis: the amount actually paid by the customer in that charge (after discounts), before the Stripe fee. Rounded to the nearest cent.
  • How it is charged: Stripe splits the fee automatically at payment time. You never get a bill for the fee; each deduction appears in the app's Payments statement and in the Stripe dashboard.
  • When there is no fee: payments received in person, declined payments, charges cancelled before payment and Club memberships paid at the counter.
  • Complete list: this fee is Cutspot's only charge related to payments. There is no sign-up fee, monthly payment fee, withdrawal or payout fee, exit penalty or fee on payments made outside the app.
  • Club: the fee is recorded on the membership when the customer subscribes and applies to every payment of that membership. Fee changes apply to memberships created after them.

5. Stripe fees and timing

The Stripe fee is charged by Stripe to the Business, directly from the Business's balance. Cutspot keeps no part of it. Reference amounts are in the summary; the binding amount is the one on Stripe's pricing page on the payment date. If Stripe changes its prices, we update the app and this page.

  • When money becomes available: according to Stripe, Brazilian card payments become available 30 calendar days after payment; international cards, 5 days. Payouts to the bank account are daily, on business days. The first payout may take longer.
  • The app shows under Payments the bank on file (last 4 digits only), the payout schedule and the available and pending balance.
  • Payment methods available today: credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Pix in the app is not available on Stripe for Brazilian accounts.

6. Refunds and disputes

  • Refund: decided and issued by the Business, in the Stripe dashboard. When you refund, Cutspot automatically returns its fee in the same proportion (full refund returns the whole fee; half, half). The Stripe fee is not returned by Stripe.
  • Dispute (chargeback): when the customer disputes with their bank, Stripe charges the Business the dispute fee (currently R$ 55.00) and holds the amount until a decision. You can respond through the Stripe dashboard.
  • If the dispute is lost, Cutspot automatically returns its fee on the amount lost. If it is won, the amount comes back to you and fees stay as they were.
  • A negative Stripe balance (for example, a refund larger than the balance) is handled between the Business and Stripe under Stripe's agreement. Cutspot charges nothing for it.

7. Fee or terms changes

  • Fee increases only take effect 30 days after notice, sent in the app (notification) and shown under Payments with the start date. Until then, the current fee applies. Cutspot's system does not accept an increase with shorter notice.
  • Fee decreases may take effect immediately.
  • The new fee only applies to payments made from the start date. Nothing already paid is recalculated.
  • New version of these Terms: we notify you in the app and ask for a new acceptance before the next in-app charge. If you do not accept, you stop charging in the app, with no penalty; payments already made remain under the previous version.
  • If you disagree with a change, you can leave at any time, as described in section 8.

8. Term, leaving and suspension

  • These Terms have no fixed end date. There is no lock-in and no penalty.
  • To leave, stop using “Charge in the app” and take your Club plans off sale in the app. The Stripe account is yours: you can close it in the Stripe dashboard. Balance already at Stripe keeps being paid out to you normally.
  • Active Club memberships keep being charged by Stripe until cancelled. When leaving, cancel them in the Stripe dashboard or agree with your customers; the fee in section 4 applies to membership payments made while they continue.
  • We may suspend in-app payments in case of fraud, improper charges to customers, an order from an authority, breach of these Terms or the Terms of Service, or a block by Stripe. Whenever law and safety allow, we notify you first and give the reason.

9. Business obligations

  • Provide true information and keep it up to date with Stripe and Cutspot.
  • Charge in the app only for services actually provided or memberships agreed, at the price shown to the customer beforehand.
  • If you charge different prices depending on the payment method, tell the customer clearly beforehand (Brazilian Law No. 13,455/2017).
  • Assist customers with questions, cancellations and refunds under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
  • Comply with Stripe's prohibited business list and the law.

10. Taxes and invoices

  • The Business issues the tax invoice for the service to the customer, for the full amount charged, and is responsible for taxes on its revenue.
  • Cutspot issues the tax document for the fees it receives, as required by law, and is responsible for taxes on them.
  • Payments reports are management tools and do not replace tax documents, an accountant or the Stripe statement.
  • If the law (including the tax reform, Complementary Law No. 214/2025) requires new information or procedures in charging, we may adapt them, with notice.

11. Personal data

To connect your Business to Stripe, we share with it the Business name and the account e-mail. From Stripe we receive only what is needed to operate and show you: account ID, sign-up status, pending items, bank name and last 4 digits, payout schedule, balance and the data of each in-app payment (amount, fees, payment method, refunds and disputes). Processing follows the Cutspot Privacy Policy and Stripe's, including international data transfers (Brazilian LGPD, arts. 33 to 36).

12. Acceptance and evidence

  • You accept by ticking “I have read and agree” and tapping “Agree and continue” on the Payments screen, before opening Stripe sign-up. This is a valid electronic expression of will (Brazilian Civil Code, art. 107; Provisional Measure No. 2,200-2/2001, art. 10, § 2).
  • We keep as evidence: the version of these Terms, the fees shown on screen at acceptance, Stripe's reference fees, fee changes already announced, the server date and time, the IP and the account that accepted. If the fees on screen do not match the system's, acceptance is refused and the screen refreshes.
  • You can request a copy of your acceptance record at contato@cutspot.app.

13. Liability

  • Cutspot is responsible for its technology working and for calculating its own fee correctly. If we overcharge our fee by mistake, we refund the difference.
  • Cutspot is not responsible for Stripe's decisions (sign-up approval, holds, timing, blocks), for failures of banks and card networks, or for the relationship between the Business and the customer.
  • Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence and what the law does not allow to be limited, Cutspot's liability under these Terms is limited to the total Cutspot fees paid by the Business in the 12 months before the event.

14. General provisions

  • If interpretation is unclear, the interpretation most favorable to the Business prevails (Brazilian Civil Code, art. 423).
  • Notices are sent in the app, by notification or to the e-mail on file.
  • The Portuguese version prevails over translations.
  • Brazilian law. Courts of São Paulo – SP, without prejudice to the right of a Business deemed a consumer to file suit at its domicile.
