Standards against child sexual abuse & exploitation

Cutspot has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page describes our standards and how to report a concern.

1. Our commitment

Protecting children is a fundamental responsibility. Cutspot is a marketplace for booking barbershop and salon appointments and is open to all ages: anyone under 18 uses it only with a parent or legal guardian's permission, declared in the app. We do not tolerate any content or behavior that sexualizes, abuses, endangers or exploits children, and we act quickly on any report or detection.

Zero tolerance Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child sexual exploitation are strictly prohibited on Cutspot and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

2. Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the Service:

  • Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form;
  • Sexualizing, grooming, soliciting, or attempting to exploit or endanger a minor;
  • Using the Service to contact, lure or harm a child;
  • Impersonating a minor, or misrepresenting an adult service in a way that targets minors;
  • Any other conduct that exploits or endangers children.

These rules apply to all user-generated content, including profiles, reviews, photos and messages, and to all users and Establishments.

3. Preventive measures

  • Our Terms of Service prohibit content or behavior that harms or endangers minors, and violation leads to removal and account termination.
  • Users can report content or accounts to us, and we review reports promptly.
  • We remove violating content and disable offending accounts when we become aware of them.
  • We cooperate with law enforcement and child-protection organizations as required by law.

4. How to report

If you encounter content or behavior on Cutspot that may involve the abuse or exploitation of a child, report it immediately:

  • Email our safety team at contato@cutspot.app with the subject "Child safety report".
  • Include any relevant details, such as the account, listing or content involved.
If a child is in immediate danger Contact your local emergency services right away. In Brazil, you can also reach Disque 100 (Human Rights Hotline).

5. Our response

When we receive a credible report or detect a violation, we act promptly to remove the content, disable the responsible account, preserve relevant evidence as required, and report to the appropriate authorities — including, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and competent authorities in Brazil.
