Delete your account
You can delete your Cutspot account and its associated data at any time. Here's how, and exactly what happens to your information.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
- Open Cutspot and go to Profile.
- Tap Settings, then Account.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is scheduled for deletion right away.
Option 2 — Request by email
What gets deleted
When your deletion is processed, we permanently remove or irreversibly anonymize the personal data associated with your account, including:
- Your profile (name, contact details, city, preferences);
- Your favorites, loyalty progress and appointment history tied to your identity;
This can't be undone
Once deletion is complete, your data cannot be recovered. If you later return to Cutspot, you'll start with a fresh account.
